Questions were mostly non-technical, focusing on clinical experience and whether I was a good fit for the company and vice versa. The few technical questions were reasonable and relevant to the job.

One of the questions I was asked focused on 3D printers and how they work. Rather than expecting a rehearsed answer, the interviewer encouraged me to think it through step by step, testing both my understanding of the underlying principles and my ability to logically analyze a technical system. This approach highlighted their interest in how I tackle unfamiliar problems, not just what I already know.
