I got the phone from the lead scientist, so all of the questions are technical. Like what's the strategy of engineering proteins.
They cared a lot about ethics, so prepare for a lot of the "Name a time when..." or "How do you feel when..." Then a few technical questions. All in all, it's about 50:50 personal:professional.
