mainly the interview was focused on technical questions. I was working on fundamental science and the group was very interested in my work, the work that has been done in my group previously. The questions were deep and wide. I received one question from online that I was not sure about. I talked with several fellows out my work, their work. They expected the interviewers to have some questions prepared for them. Overall it was a very good experience with fruitful discussions. I felt that Dow scientists are brilliant, curious and nice. I though I nailed the interview but I got rejection after two weeks. I guess there might be someone with much stronger background and better fitting for the position. Also, I think culture is very important. For future interviews, I with that I could be more confident and flexible. Also, you need to be excellent in your field to join Dow.
