While I agreed to not give specific details about the interview questions, I can say that one of the most difficult aspects was the technical phone screening, where I was asked various questions about the Perl language. Even in a couple of instances where I knew the correct answer, I drew a blank, simply because I was caught off guard by the intensity of the screening.
Basic perl questions, not hard if you have had any time working with perl. However there was a time limit so if you are a methodical programmer you may have some trouble.

They asked to quickly implement a piece of code, then write a few SQL queries, and finally describe a flow using pseudo-code
