first two set of interview will taken by technical panel which you can clear if your having real time experience .The questions will from the real time issues and solution .
Questions about their website, SKU placement ideas, how to deal with customers and late orders, etc.
Besides standard qualification and behavioral questions, they asked what I thought of the Cheesecake Factory brand (there is a lot of pride here) and if I liked to cook or had a favorite dish. Everyone seems to have a "food experience" story to share, which helps to connect us as a team.
