There are 2 standard questions asked: 1. A math problem - what is 25.9% of 440? (a percentage problem) 2. My 2 cents on these questions: Before the first round of interview with HR, I had to clear a rather difficult SHL test, which tested my logical, analytical and numerical abilities. I do not understand why I was asked a math problem again in the interview. I also do not understand how one question can determine if I am creative or not.
