All of the questions were tailored to the role, so it's difficult to provide anything specific here. The google team had assigned competencies linked to this position and their questions largely focussed on exploring those competencies. From memory the big three areas were my approach to change management, business partnering and relationship building with key stakeholders

Be prepared to speak to your experience and tie that in with how it will benefit the organization. Also, I'm not sure if it is standard practice at VGS, but I would recommend having lots of questions prepared in case you find yourself in a similar situation.
