I was told they generally have the assessments completed before interviewing with the VP, but that was not my experience so the questions may vary. The behavioral interview seemed more complex, and she asked questions like, "Tell me 3-4 weaknesses / strengths," and "What would your manager praise about you?" "What would your most recent manager say was an opportunity for improvement?"
Behavioral and situational questions relating to the role as well as some DEI and values focused questions
Questions were mainly focused on my experience and what I knew about the business.
