I was asked to complete a task over 3 days. I found the task very insightful as it gave me a peek into the company and how they work together with everyone being remote. Once I had completed the task I was asked to present my findings and recommendations, to which the panel asked multiple questions.
The crux of the conversation were behavioral interview questions.
How I will commute to work.
Questions around my technical knowledge and capacities, check of some concrete examples to highlight the targeted skills, mix between strategic and tactical mindset, check about the cultural fit and personality type.

How would I support a distributed team?
- Describe your work experience. - Do you have any experience with compensation metrics? - What systems have you implemented from start to finish? - Etc.
How would you approach a situation where a team is consistently failing to meet objectives? Provide 2-3 examples.
What (if any) problems exist in the department that might be contributing to the high turnover? What (if any) of these problems need to be addressed, and why? What specific interventions you would take to address the problems.
