What project are you most proud of?
The interview questions themselves were pretty standard...tell me about a time you approached a difficult situation, and similar ones of the variety. The thought exercise attempted to dig more at the technicals (specifically around state compliance processes), and I suspect that's because no one on the three person panel can really speak too deeply to the subject matter, because I didn't receive too many follow up questions on it, but it was received very well.
ActBlue asked me to write a report, creating and outlining equitable hiring and onboarding practices to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

Why bother having a referral system if you won’t use it? It’s lazy not to. And honestly it hurts your brand in my opinion. I’m really disappointed
