Talk about your experience with performance management
Generic scenario based questions, nothing unusual. Last interview on "company values" felt just like an exercise for them to pick and choose who should go forward. Interviewers were barely paying attention, ss if theyd already decided who was going to get the role.
Some of the questions was : What do you want to do the next step? What do you learn from this role?
Can you tell me about a time you influenced a senior stakeholder to do something they didn't necessarily want to do?
Tell me about a time where you have had to set a colleagues expectations. For example, when they have sent a query and they want it completed by the end of the day and your not going to be able to fulfil this task.
Share how you set objectives during probation.
Talking through the values of the business and how have i applied that to my experience
