One of the questions they asked was about how I handle challenging situations at work and ensure clear communication across teams.
How would you handle a customer who claimed their children used their credit card without their knowledge?
The questions were relevant and centred around the role, company, my experience and skills. It was more dialogue rather than scenarios, which I found worked well as the slightly more informal nature meant we were all better able to get to know one another, and ultimately clearly determine if I would be a good fit for the role, team and company.
