What kind of experience do you have talking with other people over the phone? What was one moment in your life where you worked as hard as you could and didn't quite make it regardless of your efforts? How did you deal with the issue, and what did you learn from it?
The process consisted of introductions, a description of the position, position-related questions ending with requesting for skills assessment.
