Instead of asking the typical and pointless interview questions (what are your strengths/weaknesses, etc.) they asked me multiple questions about my past job experience and gave me a lot of opportunity to explain what I have experience in. They asked me what I looked for in management, and asked me what kind of internal growth I was expecting.
I was asked several 'behavioral' questions.
Pretty much she just went over my resume and that was it. She said that she would get back with me monday after she talked to compensation. She wanted to send me over to meet tge directors over the office.
They ask about your availability and if you can do training.
