There really was no specific questions other than asking about recent job experiences and what are your salary requirements, when can you start, etc.
It's been a while so I can't remember, but the task involved making a presentation which demonstrated my abilities, and some examples of how I improved things at my previous company. The interview process was always friendly, unscripted, and low-pressured. A caring approach to ease the nerves.
