Not difficult at all. Past experience in customer service and sales. Why Citibank? Why teller? Responsibilities of a teller? Future goals? How will you sell a credit card to a prospective customer?- Role play How important are sales to you? From your past experience, which traits/habits would you like to continue to continue and which ones would you like to change? What does integrity mean to you? Why should we select you over everyone else? What does motivation mean to you? It ended with a casual chat where I was asked more about myself in personal life like hobbies and things I like to do after work? The manager was extremely professional and excellent in her approach with me. Looking forward to get an offer from Citibank by next week.
