I cant think of any difficult question that would be ask of anyone applying for a job at UPS.

nothing to difficult, they basically want to know if you can lift up to 60 lbs and you are available to be there 5 days a week for the shift you applied for

I don't believe anything was truly difficult about it.
Why should I hire you?
The only unexpected question that I was asked was if I smoked weed. That really caught me off guard. And since I did at the time and was being honest I answered that I did occasionally. Apparently the interviewer did as well. That could have gone poorly.
