They kept it pretty basic and strictly asked questions regarding my skill and my resume in order to ensure I would be the right fit for the job. Each interviewer was different in his/her approach but overall I would say it was a conversational type of interview.

The online questionnaire asked questions designed to see if the candidate fit UHG's overall culture and philosophy. The video interview focused on how the candidate handles work situations, what he or she considers his or her greatest achievements and challenges, etc. The candidate is encouraged to let his or her personality "shine."
This phone screening was a follow up to the previous phone screening and it essentially amounted to a brief review of my resume followed by the interviewer stating the job responsibilities, benefits, and compensation potential. There were no specific questions asked from this interview.
