Q: (something like this) You are working as an Outreach Coordinator for the Department of Ecology. You are participating in a public meeting when you are approached by a community member stating that his doctor has said that chemicals in his area can contribute to cancer and he is worried. He asks you if the chemicals in the area cause cancer - what do you tell him?

Asked several times, and in slightly different formats was "how would you deal with unhappy/underperforming volunteers?".
Any physical restrictions or medical needs?
Just basically pulling out my experience from my resume and asking me to talk more on the roles I had. I was also given a task/assignment to complete within 24 hours of the interview
Questions asked were in regard to my experience managing a program and staff.
