None, it was a 20-30 minute conversation about what is going to happen in training, which is Unpaid. and how the scheduling works.

What is a mistake you previously made with a client interaction and how did you prevent yourself from making it again.
What is an example of a time you had to work really hard to balance a lot of different priorities, and how did you determine where to put your focus?
They do ask you to prepare slides for your interview with a Senior Director to discuss yourself, KPI's, and Past Metrics and ask you to present them. That is fun to do. They also require you to be on phone as a Sales Rep for a few months before being an actual manager. There is a role play on the call.
