What is your past optimization experience ? discuss in detail and then questions are done from those past experiences. More of scenario based technical questions.
What is segmentation?
What classes are you taking right now? What student organizations are you in? Tell me about a time you faced a problem and how did you solve it? Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years? Where do you see yourself in 15-20 years? What is your greatest strength and weakness? How do you organize and prioritize?
The questions were very standard. "Why do you want this job" and "Walk through a process improvement you have performed."
