My opinion on how training should be done in their environment.
There were very general questions aimed at just learning more about what I had done in past experiences that showed i could do what was required of the current role.
Something like...When it’s busy, how do you focus or prioritize?
Tell me a time you and a colleague had different views on a project and how you resolved it
What steps do I take for corrective action?
What qualifications do i have that would benefit me in the task
How much experience I had in the fitness and management field.
Experience level? Why do you want to leave your other position? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? How can you contribute to training within the company?
Even though this was the first and only interview that I had, he did make a point of asking me my salary expectations. I was not really prepared to entertain that question.
