How would you handle a difficult customer?
The manager surprised me with some off the wall questions that didn't really require answers. They were logic and reasoning tests as well as a gauge of sense of humor. Once the interviewer confirmed that my experience was sufficient, it seemed that the questions were more focused on getting to know me and to get an idea of how well I would fit in and work with the office.
