Standard questions - but very repetitive when being interviewed 4 times from different people - as the interviews progressed the same people would be seated in the meeting. Last meeting was with 3 people at once - yet they had all had previous individual meetings.

Standard interview questions. I was also asked why I didn't finish my college degree, which no one has ever questioned before given the years of experience I have. I was surprised to hear the interviewer respond with "finish your credits even if you get a marine biology degree" How will a marine biology degree help me be a better facilities manager? :)

All questions had a negative angle
Apart from all the usual questions (previous experiences, etc), I had to talk about some interesting topics such as negative feedback ever given or received, what I do not appreciate from a manager and if there was parts of the job that I was not so excited about.
