They asked about my communication style, my experience in the field, my flexibility and comfortability with a dynamic workload, what my future goals are. No "classic" interview questions like "tell me about a time..." or "what is your greatest strength?". They provided ample space to speak and communicate my goals and questions freely.

There is down time. You will see few people. There is no action where you have many people to take care of. All you are seeing is your boss and the agents. So if you are a people person this is not for you.
