Initial interview was easy questions - what would current employer say is your weakest area - etc. Second interview, was asked if I would be ok with going over local management's head if necessary. Felt this was a set up to fail question.

Discussed the position and the low rate of pay. Position was being listed as entry level because there were no people to manager, however the responsibilities included HR, training, new hire paperwork, accounts payable/receivable, and more. It did not appear to be an entry level position.
