Phone screening with initial questions on background, etc etc etc... Onsite was a very detailed barrage of how culture in the company is messed up. How no one takes ownership of anything, and how all networking IT should be fired and clean house.
Why do you want work here, what do like about our company. How did you hear of us. What salary are expecting to receive. Are you willing to extra hours if needed

the majority of questions are all personal/behavioral .the technical questions were not related to technology.But how my current company was doing things , even what was my company current budget . They were learning .
