Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision in the work place
lasted about an hour. Asked about me, including any strengths or weaknesses. Also asked about a typical day processing for me, previous salary information, and we discussed their bonuses (nothing special). Asked a couple of processing related questions. Lastly, asked if I had questions for them.
