The most difficult and unexpected question took place during the first interview, giving me a task to what was referred to as a "Que Call," which consisted of me calling a current employee in that very office and a goal to sell him a mortgage package service offered by Quicken Loans. I was given a single sheet of instructions which consisted of information about the product and features offered in the mortgage package. I was given 5 minutes to prepare my sales pitch and also a scratch sheet of paper, if desired to write down any notes.
