I'm not good at recalling specific events so be prepared for questions that are like...give an example of a time when you did not get along with an employee and how did you resolve it...or name a time that is failed. Also visit their website and familiarize yourself with the company and especially diversity (what it is, why it's important in the workplace, etc.)
