Diversity is obviously what they value in the work place. They want you to be accepting of all races/cultures etc. Just elaborate on why its important and healthy.

No difficult questions, but it is always a good idea to do your research about the company and especially the idea of diversity, in which they ask in the interview, and throughout your stay at the job
Nothing difficult or unexpected. They pretty much asked about diversity and its importance and asked us to practice saying the store's tagline "Hey, how's it going?" Definitely be as peppy and cheerful as possible because that is an important trait of everyone who works in their stores.
