Military Interview Questions

412 military interview questions shared by candidates

Questions where about my experience and approach to the specifics of the position. I was able to ask many questions to expand on job description, structure of the team, etc. Phone screen was first and then one on one with project manager. Good benefits, HR was very helpful. Project manager was very personable. Company was flexible on working hours. Solid package of benefits and staring offer. Only reason I declined offer was I could not talk my family into moving (not Alion's issue). Would reapply if a position opened up closer to where I live.

It's the military, so recruiting is almost a given. There really aren't any trick questions or anything unexpected. You will take the Armed Forces Standard Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), that anyone who enters the military will take, so try to determine what job you're best suited for.
