First call was interviewed media team lead with several questions related to different media, and what are the formats or strategies for each of them. Second call is about basic questions, such as past experience, passion, motivation. Third call is about all media-related questions and the personal characteristics. Fourth call has three pages of online test with regard to expertise in media.
