Tell me about yourself... What were your specific responsibilities for x project?
Went line by line down resume. Asked about past projects. Simple stuff like "name a time when you had to work as a team" or "Tell us about a time when a project went wrong, and how did you attempt to fix it"
Why did you decide to get your masters?
Most were Q's were just naming instances where a project/team had problems and how you resolved them
Was given an incomplete drawing with oddball isometric views and repeated dimensions, then I was asked to make the part in Pro-Engineer. Be sure to brush up on your pro/e skills if you're a drafter or mechanical guy.
Give an example of a time where you had problems with a team or group member and explain how you resolved the issue.
