What wrong answer would you typically see with 320 - g = 760 and explain what the student did wrong/how you would correct/explain the right process. How would you explain what it means to subtract a negative in a few words to a seventh grade student? How do you incorporate video into your teaching? What experience do you have with Edpuzzle already?

What prerequisite skills would be needed in order to be successful for another skill (I had to tell which skills would be needed to be successful with systems of linear equations)? What would an entry level question for skill look like? If a student got a question wrong about ___________ (insert skill/content area), how would you formulate an explanation at a _____ grade level (In my case, the interviewer indicated that my explanation should be geared toward an elementary school student). Then, the interviewer asked "What would the different levels of questions for this skill look like?" (Clearly looking for questions to begin very simple and gradually become more challenging.) Next, the interviewer asked "What types of values/questions that should be avoided if you were building an IXL skill for this content?" There were several other content-heavy questions as well. The interviewer was very clearly reading from scripted questions and had ZERO desire to get to know me or anything about my background. The interview was entirely technical questions, and the interviewer left very little time for me to ask questions about the position and the team.
