What would an entry level question for skill look like? Then, the interviewer asked "What would the different levels of questions for this skill look like?" (Clearly looking for questions to begin very simple and gradually become more challenging.) Next, the interviewer asked "What types of values/questions that should be avoided if you were building an IXL skill for this content?" There were several other content-heavy questions as well. The interviewer was very clearly reading from scripted questions and had ZERO desire to get to know me or anything about my background. The interview was entirely technical questions, and the interviewer left very little time for me to ask questions about the position and the team.
