I was asked how I would respond to an overwhelming amount of samples to be submitted for characterization.
What's your biggest failure in your career?
Mostly technical questions, no behavioral questions. They were interested as to how I could articulate my research and that I understood the role of the position. I wasn't overly qualified and fresh out school (finishing up, actually), so I tried to sell myself to the position. They did ask me about my hobbies.
