The recruiter asked questions verifying employment and what shift I’d like to work. I applied for a first shift position, but she went ahead and scheduled me for an interview with the second shift manager. He didn’t seem prepared and wasn’t the best at articulating his thoughts, which made for a frustrating experience that felt like a waste of time. It was a short interview that confirmed how little effort this company puts into the hiring process. I was told I’d hear an update within a week, and of course, that never happened. For as many hoops as you are made to jump through for an initial interview, you would think their HR department would show more diligence and consideration for the candidates.
