Honestly, nothing was difficult or unexpected because I've been doing this line of work for almost 20 years. If you're not a SME in the particular domain you're apping in, you'll be exposed pretty quickly. Apex Recruiters and Account Managers are top notch and know what they're doing. I've been extremely impressed and happy with my overall experience.

Questions were mostly from management perspective, topics such as conflict management, release management etc. 1. Conflict management and prior experience in handling these kind of scenarios. 2. They described the job description and expectation and verified with me whether was I comfortable in this role. 3. Do I have any release management experience and few questions on it. 4. Sprint Planning and Scrum principles. 5. How many teams am I handling? 6. Time Management, Scrum of Scrum activities and Retrospective process.

Phone interview, then face to face interview at IG office. This company does not have anyone at the front door therefore I think you have to make a phone call from a Lobby phone. I didn't have to do that because several people happened to be walking around in the lobby and asked me who I was there to meet. The interview went fine. the recruiter was personable and professional. It was more conversational style. so I don't have any specific questions to say I was given. Most of the formal part was done over the phone. This was for a job where skills mattered more than personality per se so my analytical and technical skills were discussed over the phone prior to the face to face, plus I had submitted my test scores.
