They asked me salary in the first interview! This completely shocked me because you have no idea what you will be expected to do, so you can't even put a price on your work yet. It seemed a bit predatory seeing they knew I was early in the job process.
Basic Behavioral questions
Assesment center with behavioural questions, role playing. Nothing really unexpected. My interviewer was very great to talk to, standard questions (strengths, tell me about a time...). Make sure to prepare some answers for behavioral situations regarding leadership or how you handle a difficult situation when you are leading a team

Which area do you think you can improve?
Talk about a time where you had to coach a peer. What would you have done differently?
Why do you want to be a consultant? Why are you interested in financial services
Can you describe a time where you made a mistake and how did you fix it? (it was something like that)
