They don't really ask you anything. just make sure that you are willing to put the time in... which is A LOT of time. and then they ask whether you are willing to pay them for their services, which are over priced.

Not necessarily a specific question, as portraying your fit for the role with the hiring manager as they are hiring you off of a video and a web cam interview. They are looking for a certain assertiveness, yet a relateable quality so that you can build relationships in the field.
They asked me: "What was your biggest promo FAIL in which your were directly responsible and how did you remedy it?" The was the toughest question because saying "none" was not allowed. I had to identify my biggest fail and explain step by step how it happened and how it was fixed. If you insist there have been none then, you're not the right fit because they want problem solvers.
