What can you do for the company?
They are mainly curious about your sales history and any success with that otherwise they can care less about your background. They will tell you there's an 80% close rate and that they are proud of what they do because they get insurance for people who cannot obtain insurance through the marketplace due to health issues or finances. In truth they sell discount cards and pass them off as insurance to these unsuspecting people and have no qualms about taking someone's last few dollars just to get a sale on the books.
What would be your main focus if entering a store as a new partner.
There were some behavioral questions asked by one manager. The other manager asked fairly personal and rude questions.
Why do you think you can do a job like this. You are a consultant and consultants are only people who couldn't get the job done in the real world.
