Over the phone it's a really personal interview. They ask about your education, previous work experiences, and hobbies. First in-person interview they focus more about comparing your previous work experiences with working at Mattress Firm. Final interview is about what can you do to help the company and a couple of sales scenarios (no matter your background).
In three words describe yourself.
A question that can throw off candidates is "If we were to make a reffernce call, what is something you would not want your former employer to tell us about you?" With a question like that, it is important to do what you were taught when interviwing and make a negative a positive. "I wouldn't want my manager to say how much time I spent at work. I am so hard working they would always comment how I would come in early and leave late on most days."
