Besides the standard "tell us about yourself" they asked things like "why operations?" "what do you know about KM?" Some questions drilled down to leadership styles, etc. Tell us about a time you had to manage a employee who was underperforming, etc. They were pretty curious about my previous 11 years in the military and why I was leaving.
How would you communicate with an employee way less educated than you?
Tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer.
