They asked a lot of different things, specifically; how many people I had managed and what my management style was, what my sourcing methods were, how would I deal with difficult hiring managers, how to manage expectations, what my average req load was, time to fill, etc.
Previous work experience, motivation to change jobs, salary expectations and availability, specific knowledge necessary for the role.
