Hypothetical of scenario on the floor involving discipline
The recruiting firm said the founder wanted to bring me in for an interview. But then they followed up saying he wanted to know more about me first. Specifically he wanted to know what year I graduated from high school. And all jobs held since high school.
They asked for an overview of my skills and experience, talked about the company's needs for the position, and how my skills might be a fit for them.
