First interview was one-on-one. Went well, normal questions... How long have you been doing HR? What have you done in HR? Etc... Second interview was with a panel - from Senior management.
Basic questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. I have performed more in depth phone screens as an HR professional.
Have you ever had to fire anyone in your own department?
Behavioral questions. Related to situations that a entry HR would be able to answer.
