Die Fragen an sich waren soweit in Ordnung und ähnelten den üblichen Fragen (es waren nur sehr sehr viele Fragen): "Wo haben Sie Verantwortung übernommen? Wann haben Sie Initiative gezeigt" und natürlich auch die üblichen Fragen zu den Stationen des Lebenslaufes. Ungewöhnlichere Fragen waren "Welches Start-Up würden Sie gründen?" - das war dann im Endeffekt auch die Frage, an der es bei mir gescheitert ist. Man muss dazu sagen, dass ich unter den letzten 10 Bewerbern war und die Rekrutier dann natürlich auch sehr kleinlich ihre Auswahl treffen mussten.
