Manager questions were more personal, about me, my hobies, my personality. Higher management were skills based, about my CV, previous experiences and scenarios. E.g. "What would you do if a client pushed back for a large change at the last minute before the event"
How would I feel about crawling on the floor to get things connected?
The process seemed disorganized and rushed. The agent didn't recall email correspondence with me about a separate position just days earlier. I did not feel comfortable with this agent representing me and was not interested in moving forward with a business arrangement.
