Firstly, I was asked to talk about my accomplishments and interests so far. Then, we discussed my future goals and plans and what opportunities were available and fit for me.
Share a time you had to work with difficult people and get them to support your plan
Don't be fooled by the term "mini-case." It is a short case that is based only on graphs and data, so be very comfortable with calculating margins, ROI, payback, relative market share etc. This is where they really test your calculation capabilities so if you make errors here you'll likely get cut (you can't make computational errors on the job!)
Why do you want to work at Accenture
Was given a case study, typically from the interviewer's project experience. One case was more qualitative (i.e. how would you implement a social network at a company) while the others involved more quantitative analysis. The numbers were never very complicated, but the interviewer is looking to make sure that you can realistically break down a problem and articulate recommendations.
How would you approach helping a company replace legacy technology without harming existing national data centers?
